Our store is hosted by Squarespace, Inc. They provde us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may uou, in the use of the service, violate any laws in jurisdiction.

Section 2 - General Conditions

We reserve the rigth to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your contact (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Section 3 - Orders, Payment & Pricing

All press on nails sold on our website are custom-made and handcrafted. slight variation may occur. Prices are listed in (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is required before processing an order and must be made through our approved payment methods. Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to email us to make changes. Once you place an order and 24 hours have passed, it cannot be canceled, modified or refunded.

Section 4 - Shipping and Delivery

Orders require 4-7 business days before shipment. Bundle orders require 7-9 business days before shipment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders, especially during peak periods. Once order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Free size kits ship without tracking. If you prefer tacking for your size kit, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delays.

section 5 - No Refunds, Returns, Or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our press on nails and hygiene concerns, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

Section 6 - Product Usage, Liability & Disclaimer

Our products are designed for temporary wear and require proper care for longevity. Detailed instructions for application and removal instructions are included in every press on set. Customers are responsible for checking any allergies or sensitivities to nail adhesives or materials before use. We are not liable for allergic reaction, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or improper handling of our products. Results may vary depending on individual usage and adherence to recommended application methods.

All press on nail sets are custom made based on the sizes provided by the customer. The Nail Tech Jess is not responsible for any sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted at the time of order. We strongly recommend purchasing a sizing kit prior to ordering a custom set to ensure an accurate fit. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the sizes provided.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, images branding and content on www.thenailtechjess.com are owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

Section 8 - Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is only collected to process orders and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. We use secure third party payment providers. We do not store or process your payment information directly. all transactions are securely handled by our trusted payment partners such as Stripe, Paypal, and Squarespace Payments. These providers manage your payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies and security protocols.

In the even of any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and The Nail Tech Jess, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally. If we’re unable to come to a resolution informally, any unresolved issues may be handled in accordance with California law, either through small claims court or another mutually agreed upon method.
